THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW…

Please understand that the Logo you are seeing is embroidered, and the detail is not that of ink. We are limited by the thickness of the thread so some detail is lost, however, embroidery is so much richer looking, and more durable then ink.

CONFIRMATION/DELIVERY:

Delivery times run 4 to 6 weeks from the time we receive the Order. Special Orders will run considerably longer. Each Jacket is embroidered on an order by order basis. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made.

Orders made on the Internet will be confirmed immediately with an order form that you may print out. Mail order confirmations will be sent via E-mail or Snail Mail per the address on the order form. If you don't receive a letter of confirmation from us shortly after Ordering, Please Contact Us.

PICTURES:

If you are sending us a picture of your Car please be sure that:

■ The whole Car is in the Picture.
■ There are no People in the picture.
■ The Picture is at least a 4X6 inch Glossy picture.
■ All doors, Hood and Trunk are closed
■ All of the Information is correct on the order form for we may need to contact you
concerning your choices.
■ The picture is as clear as possible, with as much Detail as possible. ( The better the Picture; The better the Embroidery).
■ Please send more than one picture. Different angles show more details.

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the nature of our product, Do Overs are difficult; so let's try and keep it simple.

If, according to the Order Form that you filled out and sent us, "You Ordered the Wrong Thing", we hope that you will wear it Proudly for nothing more can be done. Please understand that we will make every attempt to bring your dream into reality by using all the information that you give us. ie.: Your E-mail address and phone # on the order form.

If "We Got It Wrong", we will make it right at no cost what-so-ever to you. That mean's we will pay to have the item shipped back to us and will embroider a New Jacket and ship it to you with our most Humble Apologies.
