How It's Done:  The Embroidery Process

When we receive the picture of your car,  it is cropped to the size of the car and enlarged to the finished embroidery size.  The pictured is used as a template so, it is important to have your picture as sharp as possible with as little shadow as possible.  Click here to find out the best way of photographing your car.

Digitizing software is then used to re-create the car in thread.   Every individual part of the car is digitized separately.  We are limited by the size of the thread and the length of a stitch, so there may be some very fine detail that can't be added.

The completed car in 3D is what you see on your Customer Page.

A sew out is done to check for quality.   Changes will then be made to the digitized car.

Once we are happy with the result, your car is embroidered on the jacket of your choice.
