How It's Done... First A little History... Embroidery is the art of stitching decorations on a fabric or other material. Stitches can be combined to make an unlimited variety of designs including, Flowers, Animals, People and "Cars". Through out time, people and civilizations have expressed themselves through the art of embroidery. Here is how it works for Us. First we take the picture, that you provide us of your Car and digitally place it on our computer screen. Then we digitize the picture, (assign needle punches to every inch of the Car on the screen). This way, we are able to keep the embroidered car as close to the picture as possible. Please note: If your picture doesn't show it - We can't Sew it. After the picture has been digitized, approx. 20,000 to 25,000 punches or stitches per car, we then make a computer file of your digitized Car. We then place the file in a 10 color computerized embroidery machine and sew out the car on a piece of backing cloth. This is done so the digitized car can be checked for quality. If all is ok, your Car is sewn onto Your Jacket of Choice, in your Logo of Choice, and Shipped.
